Barbara has been with Berger Briggs since 2017 and brings over 30 years of insurance industry experience with her. Barbara earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) Designation in 2008. Barbara’s title is a Daily Customer Service Representative and she is responsible for timely reporting of claims to our various carriers and follow up on these claims. She is also responsible for timely issuance of certificates of insurance & policy change requests & follow up. Barbara is extremely familiar with the ins and outs of the insurance industry, and her experience makes her a valuable member of the Berger Briggs Team.
